A: We can bring treats and comfort items. You’re welcome to provide special items for photos or the ceremony, and we’ll make sure your dog is comfortable wearing them.

A: Absolutely! We are fully insured and first aid trained. For weddings, we have completed a CPD-accredited course in wedding dog care. For general pet sitting, we follow the same professional standards to ensure your pet is safe and happy.
Q: Can my dog stay with you if I need to step away from the
wedding?
A: Yes! We can supervise your dog at the venue, provide comfort breaks, or take them home if needed. You can enjoy the celebration knowing your dog is safe, calm, and happy.

A: We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 6-12 months before your wedding. This allows time for consultations, familiarisation visits, and planning to ensure your dog is fully comfortable on the day.

A: We provide daytime visits, overnight stays, holiday care, medication administration, feeding, exercise, playtime, and companionship. Services are personalised to your pet’s routine and personality.

A: Yes! We adapt our approach to suit nervous, elderly, or special needs pets. This includes extra reassurance, calm handling, and administering medication if required.

A: Yes! We send photos and messages to keep you updated on your pet’s wellbeing, whether it’s for everyday care or wedding supervision.
Q: How do bookings and payments work?
A:
Pet Sitting: A 50% security payment reserves your booking, with the remaining balance due one month prior to the service. This applies to daytime visits, overnight stays, and holiday care.
Weddings: A 30% deposit secures your wedding dog chaperone booking, with the remaining balance due one month before the wedding.
Payments can also be spread out over time as long as the full amount is received by the due date. We understand that weddings and pet care can be a significant expense, and we are happy to work with you to make payments manageable.
